Customer demand
The customer wants to modify the original aerated block production line to produce lightweight, heat-insulating and energy-saving self-insulating blocks by utilizing the rich sand resources in the desert area and combining with renewable materials such as fly ash. The production line is required to have the process capability of adapting to the desert sand raw materials, and the products need to have the advantages of convenient construction, low cost, good thermal insulation performance and strong sustainability.

Based on the customer's demand and production status quo, our company customizes the technical transformation program to provide environmentally friendly building materials processing equipment and supporting technology applicable to desert sand raw materials. The project includes optimization of raw material proportion, mold pressing and curing process adjustment, production line adaptation and other links, while providing customers with production operation training and technical support to ensure the smooth transition of the production line and rapid production.
