Customer demand
The client needed to technically modify the cutting machine of the existing small square mold box block production line. The new equipment was required to improve the cutting precision and production efficiency, adapt to the characteristics of the raw materials of stone powder, reduce the dust pollution in the production process, and at the same time, maintain a low-cost operation to meet the demand for high-quality and environmentally friendly blocks in the local market.

Cooperation Process
Based on the customer's current production situation and raw material characteristics, our company customized the technical transformation plan for the cutting machine, including replacing the high-precision cutting device, optimizing the cutting process, and strengthening the dust control, etc. The project team is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the cutting machine. The project team is responsible for equipment installation, commissioning and personnel training to ensure that the new system is seamlessly integrated with the existing production line to achieve rapid production and stable operation.
