As a large investment group in Ghana, the client is constructing the West Africa International Free Trade Zone (WAIFTZ) at the port of Tema, which covers an area of 7,000 acres, with an investment of USD 500 million in the first phase. Under the support of China's "One Belt, One Road" policy, the client plans to introduce advanced environmental protection block production technology to fill the local technology gap and promote the development of green building.

Project Overview
This project is a multi-functional and environmentally friendly block production line, which adopts the new generation of German foam concrete technology, and adapts the local tailing slag and other solid waste materials to realize high-precision cutting and recycled production of blocks, covering lightweight blocks, self-insulated blocks, ceramic blocks and other product types.

  1. Localized adaptation of German technology: Introducing advanced foam concrete technology, completing the adaptation experiment of Ghana's solid waste materials, and realizing the efficient use of tailing slag.

  2. High-precision cutting process: the whole process of CNC cutting, with an accuracy of 1mm, supports any size adjustment, far exceeding the industry standard.

  3. Multi-functional integrated production: one machine can be used to produce lightweight blocks, self-insulated blocks, ceramic blocks, waterproof blocks, lightweight wall panels and other products.

  4. Zero-emission environmental protection: production line trimmings are recycled, in line with Ghana's government environmental subsidy requirements.
